Add another sales rep as a user to manage orders
Sometimes you may have more than one rep managing an account. With Provi it is possible to add as many reps to an account as needed.
In an effort to protect your accounts only a Provi team member can add additional reps to accounts.
If a team member needs access to your retailer account orders, they will need to be added as a rep for that account. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member on our team will assist you!
Please make certain to provide the rep's full name, email and cell phone number for receiving orders.
- If that rep does not have a Provi account one will be created for them.
