How do I Send my Sell Sheet?

Create your own Sell Sheets and send them to all of your accounts at once!

Creating digital Sell Sheets on Provi allow you to reach a wider audience in a shorter amount of time. Better yet, segment out your Sell Sheets by grouping like-accounts together! 


Sending your Sell Sheet

  • When you are finished creating your sell sheet, click Send in the upper-right corner of the modal.
  • You can send out your Sell Sheet one of two ways:
    • Copy the link provided under Share Link and send it to your accounts via text or email on your own accord.

      -Or-
    • Search for your account's name, phone number and/or email and click Share Sheet


Warning: Only retailers who have an account on Provi will be able to view your Sell Sheet. Non-users will be redirected to sign up.


Making a Copy of your Sell Sheet

  • To make a copy of your Sell Sheet, click More in the upper-right corner of the modal and scroll to Make a Copy.

  • Under Name, give the copy a new title. 
  • You can choose to share the copy with some, all or none of your colleagues. Simply specify under Make a copy for: and search for  sales rep(s), as needed. 
  • Click Copy Sell Sheet to finish.
  • You can now access both by clicking on Sell Sheets in the top navigation bar.

Downloading Your Sell Sheet

  • If you'd like to download your Sell Sheet, click More in the upper-right corner of the modal and scroll to Download.
  • Your Sell Sheet will immediately download as a PDF to your laptop, computer or device.
