How do I update my contact information?
Update contact information in account settings
- To update your contact information, you must have a Provi account. To login to your account, navigate to https://app.provi.com and enter in your login information.
- Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and a drop-down menu will appear where you will select Profile.
- The top part of this page is your Profile Information where you can update your Name, Email Address, and Cell Phone Number.
- Once you update any of the above fields, please remember to hit Update!
- You can also update your Password on this page as well. Simply type in the new password you would like to use and click Change Password.
- If your password was successfully updated, a confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen.
- Please note if you wish to only receive orders through email only or text only reach out to success@provi.com to adjust order submission preference.
