How do I update my contact information?

Update contact information in account settings

  • To update your contact information, you must have a Provi account. To login to your account, navigate to and enter in your login information. 
  • Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and a drop-down menu will appear where you will select Profile.
  • The top part of this page is your Profile Information where you can update your Name, Email Address, and Cell Phone Number.
  • Once you update any of the above fields, please remember to hit Update!
  • You can also update your Password on this page as well. Simply type in the new password you would like to use and click Change Password.
  • If your password was successfully updated, a confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen.
  • Please note if you wish to only receive orders through email only or text only reach out to to adjust order submission preference.
