To update your contact information, you must have a Provi account. To login to your account, navigate to https://app.provi.com and enter in your login information.
Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and a drop-down menu will appear where you will select Profile.
The top part of this page is your Profile Information where you can update your Name, Email Address, and Cell Phone Number.
Once you update any of the above fields, please remember to hit Update!
You can also update your Password on this page as well. Simply type in the new password you would like to use and click Change Password.
If your password was successfully updated, a confirmation message will appear at the top of your screen.
Please note if you wish to only receive orders through email only or text only reach out to success@provi.com to adjust order submission preference.
