Within your account, click on Menu > Retailers. Find the Retailer that you would like to see previous orders for and click on that Retailer.
The top of the page will display the Retailer profile information, users associated with the Retailer and the bottom of the page will show the Retailer's previous order information.
Within the Retailer order information section of the page, you have the ability to Search for a specific order using the search text box, or by using the Filter parameters.
You can Filter by Order Status or by adjusting the From Date and To Date to narrow down the search results of all previous orders.
Once you click on the Order, you will see all details including products ordered, rep actions and any messages.
