How do I schedule a delivery at a certain time?

Similar to communicating with your rep, you can also schedule a delivery with your distributor for any time of day

The best way to communicate a scheduling request to your rep is through our Order Note feature. Here we will walk you through the steps.

Scheduling a Delivery

  • From the Cart page, scroll to find the distributor you wish to communicate with
  • Click Add a Note to [distributor name], located to the right of the distributor name, and a dialog box will appear
  • Type in your message and click Save
  • To edit, click the message and the dialog box will reappear
  • The note will be submitted to your rep along with your order
