How do I change my login email, password, or phone number?

It is important to keep your information up to date. This is how you will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.

  • Log into your account
    • If you cannot log into your account please email success@provi.com
  • Click Settings in the main menu bar in the upper right-hand corner
  • The first section will be your Profile Information

  • Type in your new Email, Cell Phone, First Name, or Last Name
  • Click the Update button
