Why is my ProviPay access temporarily suspended for Spec's?

A customer can be suspended from using ProviPay to pay Spec's for two primary reasons

1. The payment is past due on an invoice and/or on the TABC delinquent list

2. There is an "NSF (non-sufficient funds) hold" on the account

In order to remove the suspension, you will need to contact your Spec's sales rep.
As soon as the account is cleared up in the Spec's system, Provi will receive an account update and you will be able to use ProviPay again.
