How do I allowlist emails from Provi?

If you are inconsistently receiving emails from Provi, you may need to allowlist Provi as a sender.

While this scenario is very uncommon, there are a variety of reasons your email server could temporarily or permanently block any sender, including Provi. Your email provider attempts to filter out spam, but it can make mistakes. To ensure you sales reps receive their new order alerts and other important Provi emails, consider asking your IT team to allowlist (whitelist) the servers Provi uses to send its mail.

The IP addresses for our outbound email servers are:

  • 50.31.156.96/27 (50.31.156.96 - 127)
  • 104.245.209.192/26 (104.245.209.192 - 255)
  • 50.31.205.0/24 (50.31.205.1 - 255)

This should not be necessary unless you are specifically noticing email delivery issues.
