Discovering a product you frequently order has changed distributors can be jarring. Especially if you're in a pinch and unsure about where it moved to. Luckily, we've got a solution for that.
- If you know that a product is switching distributors, please submit a support ticket here with the following information:
- Name of the product that is switching
- New distributor (if you know where it moved to)
- You may also chat with our Customer Support team directly by selecting the chat box in lower right-hand corner when signed into your Provi account.
