What happens if a product is out of stock?

Your distributor will mark a product out of stock or message you if it is unavailable for your order.

If an item in your order is out of stock, your distributor rep can notify you and confirm the rest of your order. 

You can also open the order details through the link in your email or by clicking on the Orders History icon on the main Provi account page. Your order will be shown with either the total number of products confirmed out of the total number of products requested, or your message history with your rep. 


Note: If your order falls short of the minimum after removing the out-of-stock items, it is up to your distributor sales rep’s discretion whether or not to confirm your order. Some distributors may cancel these orders. When possible, it is best to provide backup instructions for any low-stock products in your order.
