How do I update my notification settings?

Customize which Provi notifications you receive under your Account Settings.

  • Log into your account
  • Open the "Menu" button in the upper right and choose "Settings"
  • From the left sidebar, click "Notifications"
  • Toggle on or off each notification based on your preferences. Note that you can customize your notifications for every location you manage by choosing each location from the dropdown menu to the right, and then customizing notification settings accordingly.

Recommended Settings for Individuals who Oversee Multiple Locations

If you are not typically ordering for the locations you oversee, but you want to have access to their Provi accounts to review reporting and order history, we recommend turning all notifications off for all locations except "A retailer you manage places an order."
