Q: Why do I only see this for one/some distributors?
A: This new feature has been turned on in cases where communication from the buyer's email address may be helpful in increasing order acceptance.
Q: How do I ensure that I am not placing my order twice?
A: Your reps are used to seeing the same order come through via multiple channels. In fact, Provi communicates orders to reps via text, email, on their Provi dashboard, and in end-of-week round-ups to ensure that orders are received.
If the distributor has Alternate Ordering Options enabled, you can choose one of the required actions to send an email to your rep. This will ensure that you are only placing your order once.
Q: The email that I use isn't the default on my computer, what do I do?
A: If you would like to use an email other that is not the default for your computer you can: - Select copy order, open a new message in the email provider of your choice, and past the order into the body of the email or - Download a pdf of the order and attach it to an email using your email provider If you would like to set up your default email please select one of the following tutorials:

A: Downloading a PDF of your order will save a copy of the order to your computer. You will still need to forward this to your rep as an email attachment.
