How do I update my password?
Updating your password
- Log into your account
- If you cannot log into your account please email support@provi.com
- Click the
menu icon on the upper left side of the page.
- In the sidebar menu click on View your profile under your name or select Account Settings towards the bottom of the menu list.
- On the Profile Information page, you will see the field to enter your new password.
- Type your new password in and confirm it
- Click the Change Password button
