How do I track my order?

Manage communications and read receipts using the Event Timeline

After submitting your order, all communication and actions taken on the order by your sales rep are displayed in a timeline of event actions. We call this the Event Timeline. Access each order's Event Timeline by visiting the Orders History page for your order.

Tracking my Order

  • Login to your account and click on Order History which will take you to your Order Dashboard
    • Your Order Dashboard is a log of every order you've sent to your rep through Provi
  • You can utilize the search bar to search for a specific product or the Filters to narrow results by Distributor, Order Status or by Date
  • Once you find the order, click on the order and you will see the Events Timeline field where all the events associated with that order are tracked. 
    • An Event is any action taken by your rep regarding your order
  • Here you will see where your order was sent to, seen, and accepted by your rep
