Manage communications and read receipts using the Event Timeline
After submitting your order, all communication and actions taken on the order by your sales rep are displayed in a timeline of event actions. We call this the Event Timeline. Access each order's Event Timeline by visiting the Orders History page for your order.
Tracking my Order
- Login to your account and click on Order History which will take you to your Order Dashboard
- Your Order Dashboard is a log of every order you've sent to your rep through Provi
- You can utilize the search bar to search for a specific product or the Filters to narrow results by Distributor, Order Status or by Date
- Once you find the order, click on the order and you will see the Events Timeline field where all the events associated with that order are tracked.
- An Event is any action taken by your rep regarding your order
- Here you will see where your order was sent to, seen, and accepted by your rep
