How do I change my login email, password, or phone number?
It is important to keep your information up to date. This is how you will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.
- Log into your Provi account
- If you cannot log into your account please email support@provi.com
- Click the
menu icon on the upper left side of the page.
- In the sidebar menu click on View your profile under your name or select Account Settings towards the bottom of the menu list.
- The first section will be your Profile Information
- Type in your new Email, Cell Phone, First Name, or Last Name
- Click the Update button
