How do I cancel an order?
No longer need an order you submitted through Provi? No problem.
If you make an order by mistake or you need to edit an order after you hit submit, don't stress. The order in Provi has been sent to your distributor sales rep and will appear in your order history with an estimated total. However, this is not an invoice. You can still contact your rep directly, through the order page, or by Provi Chat to modify or cancel your order.
