How do I navigate to my list of approved products?
From your Provi landing page, click on the hamburger button in the top left corner. Then, select the “Lists” option to be brought to your Approved Product List. To see how this is done, please follow this short video below.
What do I do if I receive a message that “This item is currently out of stock. See other sizes”?
You can order an alternate size of a product without that size being on your Approved Product List. Please see this short video below for a demonstration on how to do this.
I don’t see all of the products I need. How can I add other products to my list?
Your location is currently using an Approved Product List for your Provi ordering. This means we have worked with your Beverage Director to compile a list of all the products that are approved by corporate for your location to order. You are still able to browse and access the entire Provi catalog, however, any additional products you wish to order will need to be requested for approval with your Beverage Director as shown in this short video below.
How do I communicate with my rep?
You can use the “Provi Chat” feature located in the top left menu. This feature can be used to
reach out directly to your rep regarding any questions or concerns you may have.
Am I able to change the order of my products on my mandated list?
At this time, mandated lists are unable to be rearranged to a custom preference. You are,
however, able to filter your lists based on a variety of different categories as well as search for
specific products for ease of access.
