After submitting your order, all communication and actions taken on the order by your sales rep are displayed in a timeline of event actions.
Access each order's Event Timeline by visiting the Order Details page for your order.
How to Access the Events Timeline
- Login to your account and click on Orders which will take you to your Order Dashboard.
2. You can utilize the search bar to search for a specific product or the Filters to narrow results by Distributor, Order Status or Dates
3. Once you find the Order, click on the order and you will be taken to the Events tab where you will see all events associated with that Order
4. You will see where your order was sent to, seen, and accepted by your rep.
